Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cx cricket and any person using this website ("User"). By using cx cricket's services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, the User is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When opening an account, the User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses may be cancelled.

If any information provided at registration changes, the User must notify cx cricket immediately.

Account Security

It is entirely the User's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. No one else may be given access to the account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact cx cricket's support team immediately.

If cx cricket detects unusual activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until identity verification is completed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required via a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document, particularly before withdrawals. If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal request may not be processed.

If cx cricket believes that any information is inaccurate, it may request additional documents or place restrictions on the account.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at cx cricket is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed quickly, though some delay may occur due to payment gateway issues.

Deposited funds must come only from the User's own account. Depositing on behalf of a third party or using third-party funds is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete; however, the original deposited amount may be withdrawn if you choose to cancel the applicable bonus.

Currency and Conversion

cx cricket processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported on this platform. Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital token are also not accepted.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, and to withdraw winnings from the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

A bonus can never be treated as direct cash. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

Other Promotions

cx cricket regularly offers various bonuses for users, including: weekly reload, slot festival bonus, cricket fever reward, birthday special gift, and referral reward. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

cx cricket reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion. If abuse of any bonus offer or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

VIP Program

The cx cricket VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level, calculated based on the net loss for the week. cx cricket may change VIP level benefits and cashback rates at any time.

Fair Play Policy

cx cricket uses established gaming software to ensure fairness in every game. Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG), and cx cricket does not interfere with this process in any way.

If a User receives an unusual win through game manipulation or a software error, cx cricket reserves the right to void that win and review the relevant account.

Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. cx cricket reserves the right to set individual betting limits for any User, particularly in cases of unusual betting behaviour.

Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection or server issue, cx cricket will attempt to determine the outcome from the last saved state of that game. In some cases, the bet may be cancelled and returned to the account.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cx cricket:

• Opening an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Creating multiple accounts under one name or within one household.
• Strategic betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using third-party payment methods or credit cards.

Consequences of Violations

If any prohibited activity is detected, cx cricket reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all bonuses, void any fraudulently obtained funds, and take legal action if necessary.
